OBIT-FOX, JAMES ANDREW SR.

FOX, James Andrew Sr., 74, of Newport News, Va., died Sunday, February 7, 1993 in the Riverside Regional Conv. Center, Newport News. Mr. Fox was born June 17, 1918, in Rockbridge Co., a son of the late James Thomas Fox and Sallie Grace Thompson Fox. He was a member of the High Bridge Presbyterian Church, Natural Bridge, Va. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. James (Mary) Lam, Englewood, Ohio, Nancy F. Wells, Grafton, Va.; a son, Jimmy Fox, Buchanan; a brother, Curtis L. Fox, Natural Bridge; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted from the graveside Wednesday, February 10, 1993 at 2 p.m. at the Natural Bridge Baptist Cemetery with Rev. Glenn Coleman officiating. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to a favorite charity. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington.
