OBIT-WILSON, ANNA KATHERINE FULTON
WILSON, Anna Katherine Fulton, 77, of Lexington, died Monday, February 8, 1993, in the Stonewall Jackson Hospital. Mrs. Wilson was born September 10, 1915, in Clarksville, Tenn., a daughter of the late Robert Edwin Fulton and Katherine Gibon Fulton. She was a graduate of Agnes Scott College and did graduate work at Mississippi State College for Women. She played violin in the University of Alabama Symphony Orchestra, the Madison, Wisconsin Symphony Orchestra, the Ibadan, Nigeria Symphony Orchestra, and the Rockbridge Community Orchestra. Mrs. Wilson served as President of the Ohio Wesleyan University Faculty Women's Club and was a member of many other organizations in Delaward, Ohio, a member of the Lexington Woman's Club and served as president, a member of the Lexington Foreign Travel Club, a volunteer at Stonewall Jackson Hospital and delivered Meals for Shut-Ins over a twelve year span. She was a member of the Lexington Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband of more than fifty years, Robert L. Wilson, Sr., Lexington; four children, Robert L. Wilson, Jr., Madison, Wis., William F. Wilson, Cupertino, Calif.; Anna Katherine Wilson, Waldorf, Md., and Steven K. Wilson, Dublin, Ohio; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. A memorial service will be held in the Lexington Presbyterian Church at a later date. She will be buried in Highland Memorial Cemetery, Knoxville, Tennessee.
