The Asian-American Student Association and Asian Organizations at Virginia Tech are sponsoring Asian-American Awareness Week through Saturday. This is the first celebration of its kind at Tech, and the organizations hope to continue it annually.

Kihune will speak tonight at 8 in the Commonwealth Ballroom of Squires Student Center on the challenges that face Asian-Americans in the 1990s.
On Saturday, a dance party will take place at Greeks Restaurant in Blacksburg. The event, which will feature Asian and American songs, will begin at 9:30 p.m. Admission is $2.
