PEAK CREEK BRIDGE TO CLOSE
The Virginia Department of Transportation has announced the temporary closing of the bridge over Peak Creek in Pulaski County. The bridge, on Virginia 640 (Brookmont Road), will close Monday and will remain closed for approximately two weeks while the deck is replaced and repairs are made to the structural steel.The bridge is 2.5 miles south of Virginia 738 and a mile north of Virginia 674.
