FITNESS EVALUATIONS SCHEDULED

Registration for a fitness assessment class continues through March 1 at the Christiansburg Department of Parks and Recreation.

The class is open to anyone 18 years of age or older. It will meet March 4, 6-8 p.m., at the Christiansburg Recreation Center.

Tests will include target heart rate, flexibility, body fat, frame size, stress dots, blood glucose and blood pressure.

The cost is $5 for town residents and $10 for non-residents.
