OBIT WHEBY, NORA CECELIA

WHEBY, Nora Cecelia, 95, of Roanoke, died at her home Thursday afternoon, February 18, 1993. She was the widow of B. F. Wheby. Surviving are one son, Albert J. Wheby; two daughters, Mary W. Yamine, Rose W. Souma, all of Roanoke. Also surviving are grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A prayer service will be conducted at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel 8 p.m. Sunday, and a funeral service will be conducted at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel 10:30 a.m. Monday by the Rev. James E. Parke. Burial will be in St. Andrew's Cemetery. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel after 10 a.m. Sunday.
