BULLINGTON-LOWEN

Doctor and Mrs. G. Lindsay Hickam are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Sarah ElizabethBullington, to Mr. David Burton Lowen, son of Mrs. Florence Taylor French of Calabash, N.C. and the late Mr. James Ervine Lowen.

Ms. Bullington, who is currently pursuing a degree in Nursing from the College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, attended Virginia Tech.

Mr. Lowen, who is a partner in Foti, Flynn, Lowen & Co., P.C., is a graduate of James Madison University.

An April 24th wedding is planned.
