CAIRNS-WEAVER

Dawn M. Cairns and Stephen E. Weaver are engaged and planning to be married on August 14, 1993, in Roanoke. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. N. Bruce Cairns, of Melrose, New York. She graduated from Oswego State University, Oswego, N.Y., and attended Virginia Tech for certification. She is employed by Roanoke County Schools as a Marketing Teacher. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Dewey G. Weaver, of Martinsville, Va. He graduated from JMU and is employed as an Advertising Executive & Resort Marketing Consultant.
