Tracy Lynn Truluck and Dwayne Harrison McDaniel are engaged and planning to be married March 6, 1993. She is the daughter of Mr. J. Barry Truluck of Wintersville, Ohio, and Ms. Karan R. Truluck of Weirton, West Virginia. She graduated from Weir High School in Weirton, West Virginia in 1984, and West Virginia University School of Pharmacy. She is employed by Kroger, Vinton, as a pharmacist. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Billy H. McDaniel of Roanoke. He graduated from Northside High School in 1983, and served for four years in the United States Marine Corps. He is employed by Kroger, Vinton.
