Angela Lynn Weaver and Paul J.Gorski, Jr. were united in marriage on January 2, 1993 in West Salem Baptist Church. The Rev. Michael Slaughter was the officiating clergyman. The reception was held at West Salem Baptist Church.Tina M. Clark, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Jackie Shields and Gina Bushway, friends of the bride; and Tonya Wolfe, cousin of the bride. Lauren and Abby Pound, cousins of the groom, were the flowergirls. Paul Gorski, Sr., served as his son's best man. The ushers were David Weaver, brother of the bride; John Rice and John Ford, friends of the groom. The candlelighters were John Rice and John Ford. Patricia Miller, aunt of the bride, was the guestbook attendant.

The bride's gown was made ofheavy wedding satin with a fittedwaistline, long pointed sleeves and achapel train adorned with Alencon lace. The custom designed gown, made by hergrandmother, Mrs. Edna Weaver, was her mother's wedding gown. She carried a bouquet of stephanotis, orchids and mini carnations.
Angela is the daughter of Barbaraand Ron Weaver of Salem, Va. She is a graduate of Oakmont High School inRoseville, California and CHRV-College of Health Sciences. She is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, and isemployed by Community Rehab Assoc., Va. Beach. Paul is the son of Diana and Paul Gorski of Quinton, Va. He is agraduate of CHRV-College of Health Sciences. He is a Nationally Registered Paramedic and is employed byChesapeake Dialysis Center.
Following their wedding trip toJamaica, the newlyweds will reside in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
