OBIT SPRAKER, VIRGINIA FANNING

SPRAKER, Virginia Fanning, 63, of Wytheville, died Sunday, February 21, 1993 in the Wythe County Community Hospital. Her residence was 450 Peppers Ferry Road. She was a member of the Wytheville Baptist Church and is survived by her husband, James E. ("Edd") Spraker, Wytheville; one daughter, Risa Karen Spraker, Oxnord, Calif.; her mother, Ruby Hale Fanning, Wytheville; two sisters, Laura F. Roberts, Cosa Mesa, Calif., Gracie F. Cassell, Wytheville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 24, 1993 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of the Grubb Funeral Home conducted by the Rev. Dr. Barry Losey and the Rev. Gary Kelly, with the interment to follow in the Sunset Memory Gardens, Rural Retreat, Va. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
