ROANOKE PLANS HEARING ON BUDGET

Roanoke will hold a public hearing April 15 to receive citizens' comments on the proposed budget for spending $2 million in federal community development funds in the next fiscal year.

The money will be spent on housing programs, economic development projects and community services.

The hearing will be at 7 p.m. at the First Baptist Church at 310 North Jefferson St.
