COUNSELING EXPERT TO SPEAK AT RU

Counseling expert C. H. Patterson will give two lectures Thursday at Radford University. Patterson will speak at 2 p.m. in 213 Russell Hall and at 6:15 p.m. in 108 Russell Hall. He will talk about counseling and psychotherapy, client-centered therapy and universal counseling theory.

A distinguished visiting professor at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a professor emeritus at the University of Illinois, Patterson has written several articles and books about counseling.

His appearances at Radford University are being sponsored by the department of counselor education and the Radford chapter of Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Honor Society. Admission is free. For more information, call 831-5214.
