OLD DOMINION RAISES TUITION 9.6 PERCENT
Old Dominion University will raise its tuition for in-state undergraduates this fall by 9.6 percent.The annual tuition and fees will climb to $3,780 from $3,450. For out-of-state undergraduates, the increase will be slightly less, 9.4 percent, or $9,390, compared to $8,580 now.
School officials had pledged to keep the increase below 10 percent.
The increase for graduate students was in the same range of about 9 1/2 percent.
