DIXON, Elizabeth Payne, 78, of Roanoke, died Friday, April 9, 1993. She is survived by her son, Rodger; daughter, Ann Hale; sister, Helen Fehler; and brother, Harry Payne. She leaves five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services will be held. She will be greatly missed by many.
