KENNEDY-MIANO

Heather Ann Kennedy and Michael Anthony Miano are engaged and planning to be married in St. Mary's Catholic Church in Blacksburg on September 18, 1993. She is a daughter of Mr. Stephen H. Kennedy, of Salem, and Mrs. William F. Pitka, of August, Ga. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Connelly and Joseph Kennedy, all of Lynchburg. She graduated from E.C. Glass High School in Lynchburg and Radford University. She is employed by Price Real Estate. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Tony Miano, of Radford. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Conner, of Princeton, W.Va., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Simmon Miano, of Welch, W.Va. He graduated from Radford High School and Radford University. He is employed by Hercules Inc., at the Radford Army Ammunition Plant.
