OBIT KESSLER, SYBIL MCCLURE
KESSLER, Sybil McClure, age 89, of Huntington W.Va., died Sunday morning, April 11, 1993, at her home. She was born August 10, 1903, in Blue Ridge, W.Va.; a daughter of the late Clifton Hancock and Nora Ford McClure. She was a member of the Blue Ridge Church of the Brethren, and was preceded in death by her husband, W. P. Kessler in 1978. Surviving are her daughter Mrs. Jean Walton of Charleston, W.Va., a brother; Lacy McClure, two sisters; Mazie Nichols and Evelyn Spencer all of Blue Ridge; granddaughter, Susan O'Brien, Charleston W.Va.; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Oakey's Vinton Chapel 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 14, with Pastor Matthew Fike officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at Oakey's Vinton Chapel Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m.
