TECH COACH VOTED TOP CAA WRESTLING COACH

Virginia Tech wrestling coach Jerry Cheynet has been voted the Colonial Athletic Association Coach of the Year. Cheynet led the Hokies to a 9-1 dual-meet record and a second-place finish in the CAA regular season. He guided Tech to the CAA Tournament championship, Tech's first conference title since 1963, when the Hokies competed in the Southern Conference.
