OLD PROS TO PERFORM AT DANCE ON SATURDAY

The Old Pros will be featured at a dance at Mountain Lake Hotel and Resort on Saturday. .

The Old Pros Band was founded at the start of 1973 by musicians interested in preserving and playing sounds from the Big Band era. It is sponsored by New River Community College and has 18 members.

The Old Pros Dance Combo will begin playing at 7 p.m., in a room made to resemble a 1940s ballroom, following dinner. The entire Old Pros Big Band will take the stage at 8 and play until 11 p.m.
