VIDEO CONFERENCE ON FOOD SAFETY

A food-safety video conference will air Wednesday at the Pulaski County Extension office, 143 Third St., 3:30-7 p.m.

The program will cover causes of food-borne illnesses, safe food-handling and food inspections.
