W&L WOMEN, MEN WIN ODAC MATCHES

Washington and Lee (6-6 overall, 3-0 ODAC) defeated Hampden-Sydney 7-2 in Old Dominion Athletic Conference men's tennis. Robby MacNaughton and Peter Hammond, the No. 10 doubles team in Division III, lead the Generals into the ODAC tournament, which starts Saturday at W&L.

The Washington and Lee women's team beat Roanoke 8-1. The women's team (14-4, 8-0), which plays at Sweetbriar today, is led by No. 1 player Marilyn Baker (14-3), who is ranked ninth in Division III.
