UVA POLICE INVESTIGATE 3RD SEXUAL REPORT

University of Virginia police are investigating the third reported sexual assault of female students in four days.

The latest report came from a 22-year-old woman who said she was thrown to the ground and fondled Monday night near the Chemistry Building, campus police Lt. Steve Shifflette said.

The assault follows two reported rapes of students on Friday and Saturday nights. Police are unsure whether the attacks are the work of one man, Shifflette said.
