COMMUNITY COALITION TO MEET SUNDAY

The Coalition for Community will meet Sunday at 2 p.m. in the fellowship hall of Christiansburg Presbyterian Church, 107 W. Main St. Child care is available. To make arrangements, call 639-4412 by 5 p.m. today.

The coalition is a nondenominational, nonpartisan group whose aim is to identify and address public issues concerning the diversity of religions, families, cultures and various ethnic backgrounds within the community. Recently, the group supported the Montgomery County School Board's decision to use the terms "winter break" and "spring break" in naming school holidays.
