Anne Bailey and Mario Greco said their company, Momma Nina Inc., bought J & V Pizza from Salvatore Scotto di Carlo in November and operated the Roanoke County business until January, when it closed. A story in Saturday's editions said di Carlo, trading as J & V Pizza, filed for liquidation in U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Bailey said J & V Pizza has not filed for bankruptcy.
