Because incorrect information was provided by the Associated Press, the wrong figure was listed in a Tuesday story for the amount of damages being sought in a lawsuit by former members of a Bath County religious group. The lawsuits ask for a combined $3.65 million in compensatory and punitive damages, as well as a division of the property held by the church and its leaders.

Two listings were incorrect Tuesday among top contributors to Mary Sue Terry's campaign for the Democratic nomination for governor. William Franck is chairman emeritus of Tultex Corp. William Pannill is former chief executive of Pannill Knitting, now a division of Sara Lee Corp.
