RIVERVIEW BAPTIST MEMORIAL DAY

Riverview Baptist Church will hold its second annual Memorial Day commemoration May 30 at 10:30 a.m. in the church on Virginia 635 (Big Stoney Creek Road), one-third mile north of U.S. 460.

Survivors of U.S. military actions will read the names of those who died in battle, and the nation's colors will be presented in their honor.

Music groups will participate, as will state and local officials and several fraternities of war veterans.
