Sarah J. Osborn and Gregory A. Parks were married April 30, 1993, in Our
Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church. Fr. Ken Stofft performed the ceremony. The
reception was held in the church fellowship hall. The matron of honor was
Karen Pearson, best friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Osborn,
sister-in-law of the bride, and Donna Duff, friend of the bride. Flowergirl
was Jordan Osborn, niece of the bride. The best man was Kevin Chambers, best
friend of the groom. Ushers were Eric Stiff, cousin of the groom, and Scott
Duff, friend of the groom. Ringbearers were Hunter Parks, brother of the
groom, and Christopher Osborn, nephew of the bride. The candlelighters were
Kevin Chambers and Eric Stiff. The guestbook was attended by Teresa Chambers.
The bride's gown was cotton batiste by Jessica McClintock. Her bouquet was a
nosegay of wildflowers. The bride is a daughter of Oakley and Catherine
Osborn, of Winthrop, Maine. She graduated from Radford University and is
employed by Casual Corner. The groom is a son of Dennis and Betty Parks, of
Salem. He graduated from Virginia Western and is employed by Hertz. After the
wedding trip to Maine, the newlyweds will live in Roanoke.
