TINY TOTS CENTER HAS NEW OWNER

Doris Phillips bought the Tiny Tots Day Care Center from Child Care Consultant Services Inc. on May 3.

Phillips is a registered nurse and a New River Valley resident who founded and operated for five years an employer-sponsored child-care center at St. Albans Psychiatric Hospital.
