Blacksburg's Katie Ollendick was the only three-event winner. She added the high jump title to her wins in the 400 and 800 meters Tuesday.
In the boys' meet, Christiansburg won for the sixth straight year, topping Blacksburg 234 1/2-148.
Scott Cummings led the Blue Demons in the field events with victories in the shot put and discus.

\ TENNIS: At Radford, Blacksburg's Marek Pfeil and Radford's Cathy Richardson cruised to victories in the New River District individual competition.
Pfeil defeated Chris McHose of Christiansburg 6-0, 6-0 for the singles title then teamed with Robert Gibbs to win the doubles championship, beating Demons Greg Habeeb and McHose in straight sets.
In the girls' competition, Radford's Richardson defeated Blacksburg's Stephanie Read 6-3, 6-1 for the singles crown. Richards paired up with Ashleigh Funk to defeat Blacksburg's Read and Danielle Marshall 7-6 (11-9), 6-1 for the doubles title.
At Giles, the unbeaten Spartans (11-0 overall, 7-0 district) defeated Galax 8-1 in girls' competition. Giles has one Mountain Empire District match remaining at Shawsville. No. 2 Katherine Coffey (10-1), No. 3 Kim Cherry (10-1) and No. 6 Kari Jennelle (10-1) won to keep the best records on the team.
\ BASEBALL: At New Castle, Jason Booth hit a two-run home run and led Shawsville (10-6) to 14-4 victory over Craig County (4-12). Gordon Howard had two doubles and knocked in one run for the Shawnees. Johnny Crawford hit a solo homer for Craig County.
\ SOCCER: At Amherst, Robert Frick and Cory Anderson each had a goal as Liberty (9-2 district) defeated Amherst 2-1 in a Seminole District game. Tim Short scored for Amherst (4-7 district).
