JURISSON RUN PLANNED IN CHRISTIANSBURG

The Dr. D.B. Jurisson Memorial Run will be June 12 in downtown Christiansburg.

The event features a 5K road race and one-mile fun run. The races will begin at 9 a.m.

Awards will be given to the male and female winner in each race. The top three men and women in 12 different age groups in the 5K race also will receive awards.

The entry fee is $9 through June 3 and $12 on race day.
