OBIT DOTSON, LUCY GARDNER

DOTSON, Lucy Gardner, 97, of Route #2, Hillsville, passed away Friday, June 11, 1993, at Twin County Community Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jasper Madison Dotson. She is survived by two sons, James E. Dotson of Charleston, W.Va., and Robert L. Dotson of Eleanor, W.Va.; one daughter, Leta Harman of Welch, W.Va.; one sister, Flora Gardner of Hillsville; one brother, Bruce Gardner of Hillsville; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday, June 14, 1993, at the Fairview Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Levi Humphreys officiating, with burial in the James Gardner Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, 7 to 9 p.m. at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel, Hillsville. Funeral arrangements by Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel, Hillsville.
