A free community home buyers' seminar will be offered Monday from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. at Winn & Co. Realtors, 1224 Peters Creek Road.

Information covered will include the process of applying for and qualifying for a mortgage; special mortgage options designed to make home ownership more affordable; and how much home you can afford.
