OBIT-CALFEE, ROBERT T., ("DOC")

CALFEE, Robert T., ("Doc"), 84, of 815 Scope Towers, Ashland, Ky., a former resident of Athens, W.Va., died Monday at his residence. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He had been a resident of Ashland since 1981 moving there from Athens. Survivors include two brothers, William Calfee of Wytheville, Jack Calfee of Radford; five sisters, Fannie Rutherford of Roanoke, Virginia Carter of Flatwoods, Ky., Peggy Hilton of Ironton, Ohio, Sadie Shumate and Ann Kessinger, both of Athens, W.Va. Graveside services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday at the Athens Cemetery with Rev. Carlton Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Athens Cemetery. George W. Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton is in charge of arrangements.
