BLUE RIDGE TRANSFER TAKES N.C. BUSINESS

Blue Ridge Transfer of Thomasville, N.C., which has a terminal in Henry County, has assumed the furniture moving business of Johnson Brothers of Hickory, N.C.

Johnson Brothers closed its doors last Friday.

A spokesman for Blue Ridge Transfer said the award of the business will significantly increase its market share in the Northeast and Florida.
