Miranda L. Boothe and Kevin M. Campbell are engaged and planning to be married October 9, 1993. She is a daughter of Gloria P. Boothe and Randall W. Boothe, of Roanoke. She graduated from Patrick Henry High School and is employed by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Virginia. He is a son of Diane L. Campbell and Teddy E. Campbell, Sr., of Roanoke. He graduated from Glenvar High School and Va. Western Community College and is also employed by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Virginia.
