HOWELL BIRTH

Corey Andrew Howell was born June 10, 1993, at 4:17 a.m. at Community Hospital. He weighed 10 lbs. 13.8 ozs., and was 23 1/2 inches long. His parents are Harvey and LouAnn Howell. His grandparents are Robert and Patricia Sledd of Roanoke; Glenn Howell of Salem; and Joan Howell of Roanoke. The attending physician was Dr. David Stroud andArthur Garst. Special thanks to all 6th floor nurses, especially Jeannine, Debra, Lisa and Amy; 7th floor nurses andnursery; and everyone in the NICUNursery. Your care and understanding was wonderful. Very special thanks to Dr. Stroud for everything.
