Katherine Elizabeth Vanover "Katie", weighing 7 lbs. 8 ozs. and 20 1/2 inches long, was born at Bethesda North Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio, on May 16, 1993 at 4:20 pm. Her parents are Daniel S. and Elizabeth Brooks (Kempster) Vanover. Her grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe Vanover of Manchester, Missouri and Col. (Ret.) and Mrs. John E. Kempster of Roanoke, Virginia. Family and friends welcome Katie and send best wishes to proudparents, Betsy and Dan.
