Pamela is a 1971 graduate of William Fleming High School, a 1985 graduate of St. Andrews College in Laurinburg, North Carolina, and received her MastersDegree from North Carolina StateUniversity. Pamela is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William W. Blakely of Roanoke.
