WVRU PROGRAM IS STRICTLY FOR READERS

WVRU 89.9-FM is starting a new program called "American Reader." It will debut today at 4:30 p.m. Authors of today's best-selling books will discuss their publications.

"Talk of the Town" will broadcast an interview with Jim Wright, manager of the Wellness Services at Radford Community Hospital, on Wednesday at 8 p.m. and Friday at 1 p.m. Wright will discuss the facility and revamped weight management program.

On Wednesday at 3 p.m., "Audiophile Audition" will present the newest classical and jazz recordings, along with information on innovations in audio equipment.
