BRAMMER-YOUNG

Pamela Stacey Brammer and Kevin Wesley Young are engaged and planning to be married in September. She is the daughter of Anne H. Brammer of Roanoke and the late George E. Brammer. She graduated from J. W. Robinson High School in Fairfax, Va., and received a B. A. from Elon College in North Carolina. She is currently employed by Mid-Atlantic Financial Group in Roanoke. He is the son of Judy Young of Salem and Carl Young also of Salem. He graduated from William Fleming High School and is employed by G. J. Hopkins of Roanoke.
