Mr. and Mrs. Michael L. Gibson, of Boones Mill, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Ann Gibson, to Wesley Andrew McBride, son of Mr. and Mrs. Darius A. McBride of Rocky Mount. Melissa is a graduate of Franklin County High School and will be attending Virginia Tech in the fall. Wesley is a graduate of Franklin County High School and will be in his third year at Virginia Tech. At this time no date has been set.
