The supervisors had delayed Draper's reappointment at its second June meeting after it was discovered that his engineering firm, Draper Aden Associates, had unpaid county taxes.
The $2,054 real-estate tax bill that held up Draper's appointment on June 28 had been due on June 5. The company paid the bill the morning following the meeting.
The supervisors require that applicants for county boards and commissions be registered voters and have no delinquent county taxes.
Draper was reappointed Monday night after a closed-door session at the end of the regular meeting.
