DEMOLITION DERBY IN DUBLIN JULY 31

There's still time to enter the demolition derby July 31 at the New River Valley Fairgrounds, just before this year's New River Valley Fair. Entries will be limited to the first 35 cars.

Nationwide Demolition Derby Inc. sponsors the event, which offers a total of $1,000 in prize money.

Entry forms and rules for the derby are available at several New River Valley Locations:

Advance Auto, Dublin and Pulaski.

NAPA Auto Parts, Dublin and Pulaski.

Agees, Christiansburg.

Auto World, Christiansburg.

Harmon's Chevron, Christiansburg.

Fred's Auto Parts, Radford.

Reed's Auto Parts, Radford.

Baldwin's Auto Parts, Radford.

A completed application and $10 entry fee should be mailed to Henry Farris, P.O. Box 507, Newbern, Va. 24126.

On derby day, cars will not be permitted on the fairgrounds before 3.p.m. and must enter via Gate 4.
