IN SCHOOL

THE VIRGINIA JUNIOR ACADEMY OF SCIENCE has recognized nine Cave Spring High School students.

They are: Eric Rosolowsky, first place, $100, a medal and the Roscoe Hughes Award for work on genetics; Heather Hough, honorable mention and honorary membership in the academy for work as vice president; Kim Lowe, honorable mention for work in archeology; and Clarissa Green, third place, $20 and a medal in consumer science.

Honorable mention awards were given to: Christine Boutilier, Kelly Conklin, Jeff Grasty, Martin Szumanski and Stephen Turner.
