He and his kind condemn the South, but say nothing about the blacks who cast their lot with the Confederacy. More than 800,000 worked for the Confederate Army. And, by the way, the ranks in the Confederate Army were not segregated as in the Union Army. The rebellion by the slaves against their masters, much to their credit, did not occur.
