OBIT DREWERY, FERN WARREN

DREWERY, Fern Warren, 81, of Los Angeles, Calif., formerly of Blacksburg, Va., died Tuesday, July 13, 1993, in California. She is survived by five sons, Ellis, John, Beverley, Carl, and James Drewery, all of California; one sister, Helen Akers, Niagara Falls, New York; one brother, John Warren, Washington, D.C.; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, July 19, at Blacksburg A.M.E. Church with the Rev. James P. Beatty officiating. The body will be placed in the church on Monday, where the family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow in the Blacksburg Cemetery. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
