LAYNE MERGES WITH FLA. COMPANY

Layne's Copy Products Inc., which has a Roanoke office, has merged with Danka Business Systems of St. Petersburg, Fla.

Layne's president, Ed Layne of Danville, said he will continue to manage its three offices in Danville, Lynchburg and Roanoke and they will continue operating with the Layne name as a Danka company.
