POETRY CONTEST ACCEPTING ENTRIES

Poems are being accepted for entry in Sparrowgrass Poetry Forum's new Distinguished Poet Awards" poetry contest. Cash prizes totaling $1,000 will be awarded, including a $500 grand prize. There is no charge to enter the contest.

Poets may enter one poem only, 20 lines or fewer, on any subject in any style. The contest, on any subject in any style. The contest closes Sept. 30, but poets are encouraged to send their work as soon as possible.

Poems ientered in the contest will be considered for publication in Treasured Poems of American, an anthology to be published in April 1994.

Poems should be sent to Sparrowgrass Poetry Forum Inc., Dept. J. 203 Diamond St. Sisterville, W.Va., 26175.
