WEBSTER, Frances Lee, 93, of Alexandria, died Monday, July 19, 1993. She is survived by one niece, Sister Regina Oliver, AKA Loris Lee Oliver; one nephew, David Webster Oliver; grandnieces & nephews, David Michael Oliver, James Webster Oliver, Barbara Anne Forth, Carol Lee Tuohy; one great-grandniece, Laura Anne Forth. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, July 25 at 3:30 p.m. in Oakwood Cemetery, Falls Church, Va.
