NEW RADIO PROGRAM AIMS TO HELP LISTENERS

WRAD 1460-AM and WRIQ 101.7-FM have developed a new public affairs program called "Focus On . . ." It first aired on WRIQ on Wednesday, and will broadcast on WRAD weekly starting on Aug. 4 at 6:30 p.m.

The first program is a three-part series on help for small business. It features Herbert Cork, Director of the Small Business Institute at Virginia Tech; and Service Corps of Retired Executives volunteer Ernest Kaufman.
